The pool was heated, and the spa was lovely and warm for relaxing. There was also a BBQ and seating area for eating outside. The room had the basics covered, including snacks, tea, sugar, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, an iron and board, and an extra fold-down bed. It was nice overall, and the front desk and valet team were helpful. The location at the front of the complex meant some traffic noise if you wanted an early night, since it stayed busy quite late, though it wasn’t so bad later on. There was construction going on when we arrived, with plastic sheeting everywhere, so we couldn’t go into the room for a couple of hours. The workers came back a few more times during the week, but that didn’t bother us much as we were out. The washer and dryer stayed in the dining area all week, so we couldn’t use them. I’d packed fewer clothes expecting to do laundry.

It felt like having a home away from home, with room for our young family and a kitchen and laundry that made the stay more convenient and affordable than other options. The place was spotless and in lovely Westwood, between Santa Monica and Hollywood, close to everything. For the price, it’s a terrific deal. We had no misgivings at all and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable, and everyone made us feel welcome. It had that homey feeling while still feeling like a vacation. The parking service was especially convenient and friendly. Definitely recommend.
