The host seems to rely on AI for messages, and the instructions were badly messed up. 0/10, don’t rent here. There’s a very good chance you’ll get locked out and security will tell you to leave.

I booked through a different website and the stay itself was fine, but I had canceled this reservation while free cancellation was still available. Management keeps saying they’ll check with accounting, and nearly a month later there’s still no refund. That means I’ve effectively paid twice. I don’t trust this management at all.

I had to wait while they cleaned after I arrived, and it really threw off my trip. I’d already spent more than an hour waiting outside because I couldn’t reach the host, who was supposed to let me in. I stayed two nights on my LA trip, and the host didn’t speak English, so we couldn’t communicate.
