The trash rooms are constantly dirty, even though they charge for the service. They also ignore reports about animals on balconies and awful smells near some apartments, like someone died there. Their security guy parks wherever he wants, even in marked spaces, but is quick to report your car if you stop in an employee spot for a couple of minutes to unload. He ignores reports about loud music, screaming, and other problems. If you move in, be ready to send a million messages about things management overlooks, change the batteries in your locker, and deal with plenty of other issues. The pool and hot tub have been unavailable for a week or more because nobody fixed access to the area. Months earlier, they ignored reports that the pool and hot tub were cold. Honestly, it didn't seem like they even tried to heat the pool. The fire pit worked for only one week in August or September, and the broken counter in the BBQ area was still there after a week or more. Broken things sit around for months, and repairs only seem to start after repeated reports. They don't replace the broken items with new ones, they just leave the space without them. They don't care about thefts either, and didn't even check the cameras. A few years ago I moved into an amazing building. Management has turned it into a cheap place, while the good things still shown in the photos have apparently been moved to their new “luxury” buildings. Don't trust the pictures, they're a lie. It feels like they're trying to make as much money as possible while doing nothing, turning apartments into shitty, cheap places.
