The sign said VACANCY, but the woman told me she had no rooms when I said it would just be me for the night. I was miles from home for an engagement and only needed somewhere to shower. She was rude and seemed to have no regard for a woman traveling alone. I’d never even pull into this place again. I ended up at an hourly spot to shower and carry on with my evening, but this nearly ruined my mood. Don’t bother trying to rent here.

I paid $85 for a room on March28 and went by myself. I told the woman at the desk that my friend would come later, and she said that was fine as long as he brought a second ID. I hadn’t said whether my friend was a man or a woman. When he arrived at 7 PM, she saw him heading to the room and started yelling at him. I came out, reminded her he was the friend I’d told her about, and he tried to show his ID. She said they didn’t accept two males in a room and told me to leave. My friend left, and when I asked for my money back, she offered just 40$. I called the police and waited. They said they couldn’t do much, but recorded a video of her saying she was asking me to leave because I’m gay. I’m 28 years old and have no issue with my preferences, though I’m masculine and people can’t tell I’m gay. Be aware. If this has happened to you here or somewhere similar, please contact me, because I’m planning to sue them.

Good price, simple and private. There’s a microwave and fridge, and you can come and go freely.

Whenever I call to ask if they have rooms, they say no, even though they never seem to have guests. Poor service.
