Best Western Plus Louisa

The hotel mailed my mom’s phone to us after she lost it, which was really helpful. The breakfast lady was warm and lovely to wake up to. There was a smell throughout the place, though. Still, it was decent overall.

It’s still right off the freeway, which is convenient, but after five visits I’ll look elsewhere when I’m in the area. The place used to be nice, and lately it seems to be going downhill. On my 3/1/26 update: pop machines were empty, the room was dirty with the previous guests’ trash still there, and the HVAC was so loud it kept me up all night. People staying nearby smoked weed nightly, and the pool and hot tub area were filthy, with cloudy water. The rooms used to be clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast food great.

Debbie, who looked after the breakfast buffet, was friendly and accommodating. The buffet was good, and the hotel itself was very clean with friendly staff. I’d give it five out of five across the board. I’d just like to see a few rooms with recliners.

I never received an itemized bill, and the noise from the other rooms was far too much. There were live ants in my room, too. When I tried to reserve, the manager was rude. The whole stay was a nightmare.
