Best Western Plus Boulder Louisville

Alexandria at the front desk was the most pleasant and informative person I've encountered, and breakfast was great and nice and hot. I was happy with everything at this Best Western. The customer service went above and beyond, and little extras like cookies and a gift bag for members make a real difference. I have nothing bad to say about any of it!

I've stayed here several times because it's comfortable and convenient to Boulder, often for less than half the price of a hotel in Boulder. The staff are very kind. Shout out to Alexandra at the front desk! The breakfast bar is pretty good too.

The housekeeping team really made an impression on us. Our room was spotless, and the towels and bedding had a lovely clean scent that reminded me of a baby. We asked for just the bathroom to be cleaned, but they took care of the whole room, which we appreciated. The staff clearly work hard to keep everything in great shape. My husband and I loved the week we spent here. The hotel is an easy distance from Boulder, with plenty of places to eat nearby. It’s my favorite BW by far. The soft, muted colors look beautiful, the lobby is pleasant, and even the hallways smell nice. The front desk staff were professional and greeted us with warm smiles.

The breakfast room was a lovely place for our family to gather in the evenings, play games, and catch up. We noticed a couple of other families using it the same way during our stay. We’d come to town to see relatives, but our original hotel in Boulder cancelled our four-room, three-night booking because of a power outage. I called this Best Western, and Alexandra promptly booked four rooms for us, then said she’d take our information when we arrived. On a very stressful night, she was efficient, quick, and so kind. Everyone else at the front desk was just as helpful and welcoming. The standards here seem first rate.
