Comfort Suites Louisville Airport

We’ve stayed here three years in a row for an event and plan to keep coming back. Juanita, the GM, clearly cares a lot about the hotel. Melyssa at the front desk was a big help when we had an issue with the TV. The cleaning and breakfast staff also seemed to take pride in doing their jobs well, and everyone was super friendly.

My husband’s stay at Comfort Suites 6535 Paramount Park Drive, Louisville, KY 40213 was very uncomfortable. While I was on the phone with him, the general manager Juanita Rutledge was verbally rude and even made threats about fighting. That was completely unprofessional and the customer service was awful. There were extra charges on the credit card, and they didn’t fully explain what they were for, so be aware of possible overcharges. Union workers coming from out of town should take their money elsewhere. The manager above her was polite and helped a lot, which was the one positive.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable. The pool was clean and almost warm, though a little chilly at first. It only took a few minutes to get used to. There’s coffee available 24/7. We left early and didn’t try breakfast. The bed was super clean and comfy, with hot water and good pressure in the shower. I’d definitely stay again.

For someone spending three or four nights in Louisville, this place works perfectly. It’s a good base for getting around the city or the surrounding area, especially for the price. I’ve stayed here almost 40 nights this year. The lobby staff are helpful and the cleaning crew does an awesome job. I haven’t tried the pool myself, so I can’t comment on it, though there always seem to be people enjoying it. It’s not the Ritz, but it suits me well.
