Extended Stay America Suites Louisville Alliant Avenue

I highly recommend this location for the customer service and its handy spot near interstates, entertainment, and places to eat. Everyone on staff I met gave excellent service. Miss Loleta was especially helpful and hospitable. She was amazing!

The place was clean and reasonably priced, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful every time. The room was a bit smaller than at some other ESA locations I've stayed in. The water pressure was so poor that rinsing shampoo took forever, and it took several days to get pots and pans. The Wi-Fi was slow too. I'm not sure if being on the third floor had anything to do with it. Again, the staff were excellent.

We drove 3.5 hours and ended up spending an hour trying to sort out check-in. They tried to run my card before taking my information, then the person at the desk said she couldn't find my reservation even after I gave her the confirmation number and all the details. She made me book a room again, for more than $30 above what I was originally meant to pay. We finally got checked in after 2 a.m., with an early business conference the next morning. The rooms are old and outdated, and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. I'm HIGHLY dissatisfied with the whole experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I've been staying here long term and have had a great experience. The front desk goes beyond what I expect, and I think that sets the tone for the stay. They've provided what we've needed and then some. Ms Wendi is especially pleasant to work with and sometimes feels like our personal assistant. If she can't make something happen, she finds a way to come close. Ms Lolita has a great team here, and Max has always come through with what I've needed when I've dealt with him, with a smile. My only complaint is that the rooms feel a little outdated and the carpet needs replacing, though both things can be fixed. If you want a place that feels like home, you'll find it here.
