The host handled my Expedia booking problem really well. Expedia had charged me, but there was an issue with the reservation, so the host booked a new room and honored the deal. I cancelled through Expedia, which confirmed it with the hotel. It was the easiest third-party booking mix-up I've dealt with. The room was clean and had a sponge and extra dish soap. I appreciated the garage parking, especially during an ice storm, and the hot tub was comfortable without too much chemical smell. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast could be better: the muffins weren't fresh and the mini packaged quiche was just alright, though I was glad they had boiled eggs and Greek yogurt cups.

Every part of the stay was great, starting with booking. Rachel made everything easy and did so much for us. If you're planning a trip, especially for an event, consider the Residence Inn and ask for her. Every staff member we met went above and beyond. Housekeeping also contacted my brother right away after he left his sunglasses in the room. I really appreciate their honesty. I've stayed at Marriott properties often, but haven't experienced customer service like this. I can't recommend this place enough.

The reception associate Pat was especially kind and amazing. I stayed with two kids, and they were really happy with the trip. The location was great, the room was clean, and breakfast was nice. A five-star stay for us.

The room was roomy and looked nice, but I barely slept. I’m a mom of three and used to busy hotels full of kids, so it takes a lot to bother me. Here, I could hear every door on the floor slam, and the walls did nothing to block the noise. Quiet hours didn’t seem to be respected or enforced. I really can’t recommend this hotel.

After a long day on the road and visiting local distilleries, it was nice to have a room where we could make dinner and relax with a movie. The staff were warm and fantastic, and the room had everything we needed. We’d happily stay again when we’re back in the area, or if we need a stop while passing through.
