Roaches too. Three people checked out today because of how rude the staff are. I'd give this place zero stars if I could, and definitely don't recommend staying here. I kept to myself, stayed in my room, and paid on time every day, but staff treated me like a dog. The way they talk to you is unbelievable. Alex, the property attendant, was the most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with. The assistant GM seemed to have no idea what she was doing. When I asked for toilet paper, she said they were out and told me to buy my own. The older male housekeeper and the woman in scrubs were probably the only two people who seemed to know what they were doing. It's a joke that these people are in charge. Stay away!

We traveled with my husband, our 17-year-old son, who has Type 1 diabetes, and his pug-poo support dog. The hotel worked well for our needs and made it easier to manage his medical supplies and routines away from home. What started as a few holiday nights for work and family time became a three-week stay at WoodSpring Suites in Jeffersontown, and it felt welcoming and secure from arrival to checkout. The staff really stood out. Cary, Denise, Nisha, Alex, and Wayne were friendly, greeted us with smiles, answered questions promptly, and made our family feel cared for. Our room was fresh, pest-free, and well maintained; housekeeping cleaned thoroughly and refreshed linens regularly. The layout and amenities made settling in easy. The entrance smelled clean, the security doors were reassuring, the laundry rooms were convenient and well kept, and the snack machine had a good variety and stayed stocked. It felt like a home away from home, and the whole team made our extended holiday trip comfortable and stress-free. Thanks to everyone. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to other families. There were bugs, and there was no warm water. The facility seemed pretty empty, but that doesn't excuse the water problem. It seems like there's an issue they don't mention at check-in. I'm not asking for a refund since the place is clearly in horrible shape. The reviews that name employees make me wonder if those people are friends of the staff. From what I experienced, those reviews weren't truthful and were very misleading.

I've been here about two months and it's been a wonderful experience. Denise, the AGM, has been a real blessing and works hard every day. All the staff are awesome and helpful. I'd highly recommend this location if you need somewhere to stay for a while.
