They wanted to charge an extra $50 per hour for early or late checkout, regardless of rewards status. When I asked the rude, disrespectful clerk about the towels, I was given only two for a room with two queen beds. Water pressure was very low, there was little to no breakfast, and no room service. I won't return.

A $60 desk deposit was demanded even though I had booked online with a card. The room smelled, the pillows were small and uncomfortable, and the beds were hard. The furnishings seemed stuck in 1970, and the thick carpet in the room and hallway made rolling a bag difficult, especially with laminate flooring beside it. Super 8 used to be the king of the Motel 8 brand, but this isn't even a one-star hotel. Being near the airport is its only good point. I'd sleep in my car before staying here again.

We ended up here at the last minute for a festival after the hotel we'd originally booked let us down, and this was one of the few places left. Five nights cost us over $3,000, which felt like blatant price gouging. For that money, they could have fed the whole hotel well for all five days. Instead, the water pressure was awful, breakfast was barely anything, and service was minimal. It felt like theft.

The only real advantage is being close to the expo center. The building is dated and badly needs repairs, the hallway smelled of smoke, and my room hadn't been cleaned. I left early, but they still charged my card and I never got my refund.
