Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Loveland

The staff were very kind and courteous, and the place was super clean with an updated look. Housekeeping accidentally came into our room while we were resting. She apologized over and over and asked if there was anything she could get for us. Everyone was so kind. I’ll recommend this place and stay again.

Jose checked us in and greeted us in a way that made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and hospitable, and we had no issues at all. Our fourth-floor double queen suite was in great shape and clean, from the beds and pillows to the carpet, bathroom, tub, sheets, pool, hot tub, and elevators. After a long day, we really enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was hot and great to eat outside in perfect 70-degree weather. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more pleasant stay.

The view from my window was great, and the lobby and dining area looked nice and were very clean. My room was spacious, with two queen beds, and it was clean too. Staff were friendly, though they could've been more helpful. A good quality hotel.

We had family staying in several rooms, and everyone said their room was good and they were comfortable. The location worked really well and the price was right. Staff were great, and they let a bunch of us sit together in the lobby for a while in the late afternoon. We really appreciated that.
