Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lubbock West by IHG

Timothy at the front desk made us feel at home after we'd driven more than 1,500 miles from Florida. He was friendly and accommodating, a real class act. Eva was wonderful too, doing all she could to find us the best rate for our extended stay. We're grateful to them and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The rooms were clean and the staff professional and friendly. I wish I could give more than five stars.

We had a couple of dropped calls while trying to make a reservation, both on their end, but the helpful reservation staff got it sorted out. Once there, we were very pleased: the room was clean, nice, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The night clerk who checked us in was especially great. If we need a room in Lubbock again, I know where I'll call. Thank you.

The rooms felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the pool and hot tub were nice for unwinding after a long day. Staff were ready to help and answer questions, and customer service was fantastic. A shout-out to the front desk employee who checked us in and the breakfast staff member who looked after us, you both rock. One of the best motels, highly recommend!

We had a very clean, spacious room with a couch, microwave, and refrigerator. The coffee was outstanding, breakfast was the best, and the staff were the nicest. This was our favorite hotel of the week-long trip. We'll definitely stay again.
