We had a wonderful stay and I’m planning to return. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cozy, with old-fashioned furnishings that give them a lot of charm. The university campus is right nearby and an easy walk away.

We tried staying in the caboose for a change, and it was really cool. I also peeked into one of the rooms in the house, and it looked clean and comfortable. This is a perfect spot when you’re visiting your college kid. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hospitality is wonderful, and breakfast is fantastic.

We were just passing through Lubbock, and Dawn made us feel at home as soon as we walked into the Woodrow House B&B. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and I slept better than I had in weeks. Breakfast was amazing: sweet potato pancakes, good coffee, eggs, and hash browns. We also met a lovely group of high school students preparing to present to Texas Tech. I’d highly recommend the Woodrow House B&B if you’re in Lubbock.

We stayed in the Buddy Holly room and had an extremely comfortable, very clean bed. On a hot day, we spent time by the pool and got some sun. Sunscreen was provided in case we’d forgotten ours, they think of everything. Breakfast was delicious, such a treat. We came to visit my fiancée’s family and found a place to stay for all our future trips. The location is great, right by campus. We’ll absolutely be back.

The owners were such a joy and welcomed us like family. The house is beautiful, and there’s a HARP! Sorry, I’m getting excited lol. My husband and I stayed in the train car and loved it. We also got in the hot tub, which was wonderful. The location is great. We did hear a little traffic from the train car, but they provide earplugs, so don’t worry. Give them a chance, you won’t regret it!
