We ran into some business problems during our stay, and the management and staff worked with us all the way through to sort them out. They put real effort into making the visit a good one, and their kindness made it memorable. I’ve been to every state in the USA, and the welcome and hospitality at the Best Western in Chattanooga, TN stood out as something special. They showed the kind of America values and customer care that’s hard to find nationwide.

Parking was easy, and getting in and out of the hotel was convenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and check-in and checkout were quick and smooth. My room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable bed that let me sleep peacefully. Breakfast was fresh with a good range of choices, and the price felt like good value. I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay and would recommend it.

The daytime manager helped us deal with our business issues and even drove us to the business so we could get them resolved. He made the work problems feel like no big deal. It was an excellent place to stay, and if I’m back in Chattanooga, I’ll stay there again.

While my father was in the hospital, the kindness I received at the Best Western Royal Inn in Lookout Valley TN meant a lot during one of the hardest times in my life. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. When I’m back in the area, this will be my hotel. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

The weather got bad soon after I booked with points, and we had to stop somewhere closer because we couldn’t make it to the hotel. I called within FIVE MINUTES to cancel, but they refused. Then customer service outright LIED and claimed I had stayed there. EXTREMELY UNTRUSTHWORTY.
