We arrived around 10:30pm exhausted after driving from NY and going straight to a family graduation party. The booking I'd made months earlier was gone, and there were no rooms left with two beds. We had to call nearby hotels to find another place, which cost more and made for an even later night. The desk attendant said Hotels.com had canceled it, though I hadn't asked them to, it still showed active on their site, and he said they'd issued a refund. The next week, Hotels.com told me the booking was still active and no refund had been issued. The hotel had actually canceled our room because it had run out of availability, even though we arrived well before the midnight check-in deadline. So they took away our reservation, then lied about it and left us scrambling late at night. Hotels.com eventually refunded us after confirming what happened with the hotel, but it was still an annoying and costly mess. I hope no one else has to deal with it.

The staff made this the best hotel stay I've ever had. Ryan Watson, the manager, was kind and considerate, Stephanie the assistant manager was polite and sweet, and Tara at the counter was incredibly kind. Adam was great too. All of them were helpful and courteous. The rooms were very clean, and everyone, including the managers, was so friendly. I can't complain at all. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Adam was a rockstar with my booking problem, patient as could be, so the service gets five stars from me for his help. Room 308 was decent, a typical outdated budget room, and the hot water was great. The weekend was ruined by whoever was in 310 next door. They deliberately stomped around and banged on the walls at random, ridiculous hours for hours at a time. I went downstairs to report it, but nobody was there. Adam wasn't on shift, so this wasn't his fault. We put up with it all weekend, then left around 4am after it started again at 3am. We're never coming back. For a better room, quieter stay, and great service, go to the one on computer rd. It's way better!

The full kitchen is the standout here: two burners, a sink, counter space, and a full-size fridge. There's also a washer and dryer on site. Those extras made the place feel like home 😋. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable.

The guy at the counter was great, got us checked in quickly, and was pleasant to deal with. Our room was clean, though worn, with tired furniture and some scuffs on the walls. One light buzzed so loudly it gave me a headache, and another didn't work. I also found it odd to see a woman in pajamas sitting outside smoking and greeting everyone at the door, and the reserved police parking space seemed strange. Just my opinion, but the place needs updating.
