The Delaney Hotel

Jared made a great impression when we arrived late. He was welcoming and went out of his way to track down my mom's purse after she accidentally left it downstairs. The area around The Delaney Hotel was lovely too, with shaded walking paths and dog stations that made traveling with my dog much easier. I was there with my mom and dog, and everything felt easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was surprisingly spacious, beautifully updated, and very clean. I walked around in white socks and they stayed clean. The beds were super comfortable and we slept really well. I especially liked the bathroom, with two convenient sinks and a shower that had great pressure and hot water. We'd absolutely stay again and recommend it without hesitation.

Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and we had a nice meal there with family who live nearby. Our room was modern, clean, and really comfortable. The location also worked well, right by one of Orlando’s prettiest neighborhoods and convenient for downtown, shopping, and the freeways. There’s a paid parking ramp on site, but we used the side street for free since we were out early most mornings and figured we wouldn’t get ticketed. The ramp gate stayed up the whole time, so I guess we could’ve parked there free too, lol. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Amir, who manages the restaurant during the day, brought a carafe of hot water to my room each morning since I drink a lot of tea. Nate runs the restaurant and bar and always takes time to get to know me and the coworkers who stay here, then points us toward food and drinks that suit each of us. I’ve stayed twice now and love this place. The front desk is consistently friendly and accommodating, especially Keniehah, who was kind and reassuring when I called before my first visit to ask about parking and amenities. Tyler was my first bartender here. I arrived exhausted and cranky after travel and car rental trouble, barely before closing, and he made sure I was looked after and cheered me up right away. I’d give this place a 10 out of 10. Say hello when you arrive and show the team some appreciation. They take care of their guests.

The tavern food and drinks were excellent, and Courtni was probably the best server we’ve ever had. We spent New Year’s Eve 2026 here, and the staff were wonderful. Just know that room service is worth ordering ahead. Our room on the Road nearest the Medical Center got some noise from sirens and helicopters. It didn’t bother us, but if you’re sensitive to sound, you may want to request another part of the building. The walls are thin, too. Still, we had a really nice, cozy stay.
