Residence Inn by Marriott Near Universal Orlando™

Breakfast was a highlight every morning: fresh, tasty, and varied, with healthy and filling choices like fruit, yogurt, eggs, waffles, and pastries. It was kept well stocked, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed, soft linens, and everything we needed. I especially liked the fully equipped kitchen and quiet setting, which made it easy to relax or get work done. My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was excellent. It felt like a home away from home and seems well suited to a quick visit or a longer stay.

Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful, and the staff on both shifts were extremely accommodating. The hotel was very clean, modern, and spacious. We'll definitely stay at this location again.

The room was clean and came with a full kitchen, including a full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, dishes, cups, and cleaning supplies. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of meal options nearby. It's a good base for the theme parks, close to the highways but still quiet. I'd stay again.

Our four-day visit wasn't a very good experience. The internet kept having problems throughout the stay, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable with no bedding supplied. There were maintenance problems too. The bathroom lock didn't work when we arrived, which made using it difficult while I was there with my kids. That basic check should happen before a room is assigned. The next day, the battery in the room lock died, leaving us waiting outside for about 15 minutes while it was fixed. At check-in we were told the pool was close to our room, but the nearby door was always locked, so we had to take the longer way around. There also wasn't a changing room or a place to shower and change by the pool.
