We felt very comfortable in the lovely, comfortable rooms, and booking and check-in were both easy. The host also apologized after I posted a negative review on Google, said the extra charge wasn’t intentional, and promised to arrange a refund right away. The money has arrived, and I believe there was no bad intent. Before that, we’d been charged for three rooms instead of two. We emailed the motel operator several times asking for the difference back, but got no reply and no refund at first. It was a shame, because otherwise the property was quite all right. This was the first time we’d had a bad payment experience.

The bar was a highlight, with great drinks and fantastic staff. We also had dinner across the street at Homestyle Hotel, where the food was top notch and the staff friendly. I was here for a gravel triathlon, and everything worked out perfectly: check-in was simple, communication was clear, the room was clean and comfy, and the location suited us perfectly. Highly recommend. I plan to stay again!

The TV had classic movies and shows, which was a fun bonus. We watched Top Gun, TMNT, and a little Urkel. The bartenders and staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and just great to be around. They also got me out of a sticky situation by going the extra mile without hesitation. I won’t forget that. After a long trip, the smooth check-in was a relief. The rooms were spotless and well cared for, with lots of attention to detail. Can’t wait to return. I’d recommend this place 10/10 times!

The owners put a lot of care into making a space that’s both functional and nice to look at. There’s a cool bar inside and a great outdoor patio with fire pits. The owner and manager was on site, checked in with us, and made sure we could get into our room and had everything we needed. Great spot. We’ll definitely come back if we pass through Ludlow again. Thanks for everything!

The fire pit is a lovely place to sit, and the drinks are fantastic. Our kids like taking a root beer float or hot chocolate up to the room while we stay at the bar. It’s also easy to walk basically everywhere. We’ve stayed here each of the past three years while visiting Okemo, in three different room types as the kids have grown. Their largest suite was fantastic, though it was less quiet than the others because it’s right above the bar. The noise machines block a lot of it, and after a day of skiing we’re usually too tired to mind. Thanks for the great hospitality and a cool place to stay off the mountain. We look forward to coming back every year.
