My first stay was quiet and comfortable, and the front desk woman was really helpful, so I came back and booked a room with two beds. On the second visit, the floor hadn’t been swept well, with debris mostly under the AC, and there was a sticky spot our shoes kept catching on. Later, after we’d spent the evening sitting in the chairs and chatting, my friend woke me because something had bitten them. We checked and found bed bugs. I’d skipped checking the beds because the first stay had gone so well. We packed up and left without telling the desk, since I’d seen the reviews and didn’t want the hassle. I won’t be returning.

We chose this place after seeing mostly positive reviews and had a quiet stay in a ground-floor king room with nobody overhead. There was some noise from the restaurant next door, but it died down after it closed at 10pm. People arriving and parking at night made some noise too, which is expected at an outside-entry hotel. The building is older, though the rooms have been updated and were clean. I’d stay again.

When I come home to visit, I like staying here if they have a room. It’s quiet at night and close to my favorite daiquiri shop. The manager got us checked in fast and had staff clean a room for us right away.

For the price, this was a pretty good one-night stay. The room was clean, looked remodeled, and had plenty of space with a king-size bed. It was quiet, too. The shower water drained really slowly, which I didn’t like. There are lots of restaurants and stores about 5 minutes away.
