It was very quiet, and the rooms were surprisingly clean. Maybe they sprayed because of a pest problem, but I never saw any sign of pests. The location is great, with Sams and all the stores behind it, including Sames, Meyers, Walmart, Ross, and many others. They don’t allow temporary residency beyond 28 days, which isn’t even a month, but apparently they’re running a monthly ad for residency. I’m confused. There’s no coffee, so bring your own everything.

I’ve been staying here for almost a year, and the service has been amazing. The rooms are spacious, always clean, and always smell nice. The staff are friendly and respectful, and they communicate well. If my room is due, they let me know ahead of time. I’d definitely recommend it for a little getaway or an extended stay.

The room was disgusting, with stained sheets, an unbearable smell, and lots of insects, including cockroaches. It was my first time at this hotel, and a very disappointing experience. I tried speaking politely with hotel staff, but they ignored me and were very rude. I came from Texas to clear my mind in another city, and it’s awful to be treated that way. I know this isn’t a luxury hotel, but I’ve stayed in places like this with better service. They couldn’t fix something so simple. I can only imagine what would happen if something worse went wrong in the room. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. It’s disgusting, they solve nothing, and they’re irresponsible and disrespectful.

I came back after being away for a few hours to find all my belongings gone, including my PlayStation, personal items, and clothes. I’d rented a room at this hotel, and when I reported the theft, nobody wanted to take responsibility. The manager offered two free weeks as a “courtesy,” even though I’d lost everything. I don’t recommend staying here. Your belongings aren’t safe.
