Extended stay “away” from America! The front desk closes at night, so when our key cards got demagnetized and locked another guest and me out of our rooms, there was no one there to help. There’s a phone for late check-in at the entrance, but I was left on hold for 10 minutes. They also won’t give you extra towels or linens unless you exchange what you have first. Don’t ask for an extra blanket either. I offered a deposit because they seemed so worried about people taking things, but they refused. I guess each room gets one assigned blanket and that’s it. Don’t even get me started on breakfast.

The staff were friendly, and the location’s good enough to walk next door. But my non-smoking room smelled like the testing facility at Malboro, ants were coming through the AC, and roaches apparently refused to split the nightly rate.

I was able to bring my cat, which is hard to find at a hotel. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and looked after, and the rest of the property and grounds were well maintained. I’d recommend this place for either a short or long stay. Overall, a very good place to check in.

The manager Josh is awesome, and Oscar was a delight to talk with during the week and very helpful. The staff in general are pleasant and helpful, and the rooms are clean and accommodating. For the weekly or monthly price, getting a clean room, laundry room, and more is excellent value. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a night, a week, or a month or more.

Everything in my room worked, and it was clean. It was also very quiet, a good place to rest. The staff and management were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely recommend it.
