The hotel itself was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. I had a decent stay and might come back, but the $8 nightly parking charge really bothered me. For a place off State Route 54 in Pasco County, away from major metro areas like Tampa, St. Petersburg, or Ybor City, it feels like an unnecessary surcharge. It comes across as a way to pull extra money from guests, not a real necessity. I’d reconsider returning if that fee policy changed.

Only stayed one night, but everything was well above average. The bed seemed a bit too firm at first, yet I ended up getting one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. Awesome hotel!

They gave us a complimentary room with champagne and little cakes, which was a lovely touch. We had our wedding reception there, and the food, venue, and service were all excellent. We had a wonderful time.

The restaurant was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The fitness center was clean and nicely set up too. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, especially Kimber at the front desk. Amazing stay, and I’ll pick this hotel again when I’m in the area.

The front desk staff went out of their way to help, and housekeeping were friendly and engaging too. Sianna was especially great. There was a small check-in delay, but she had it sorted before we even had a chance to make plans. I work at the front desk of a resort on the east side of the state, and she’s exactly the kind of person you want representing your brand. The on-site food was good quality and affordable, with several food and drink spots close enough to walk to and a few places showing sports. Lots of amenities here. Thanks for a great stay, I’m looking forward to coming back.
