There was plenty of food nearby to try, and the staff were courteous and very polite. The place was super clean. We got a last-minute deal on Priceline, and I’d definitely stay again.

My husband and daughter drove from PA to VA for a college visit that we now have to postpone, leaving my teen heartbroken. They arrived very late at night, or early morning, after I’d booked in advance, and found the entire hotel without a single employee working. My husband was worried enough to call the police. An employee ran back into the hotel and quit on the spot, saying she knew she’d be fired. There was nobody to check them in, and my husband hasn’t slept, but doesn’t feel comfortable leaving when no employee is there. He called the corporate number, but they offered no help because I booked through a third party. It’s been insane from start to finish. We’re waiting for a resolution.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast was good, no complaints. It’s right in the heart of everything at LU.

The staff made me feel so welcome. Both nights, they greeted my group and me with so much enthusiasm, and the check-in desk folks deserve a shout-out for all that positive energy. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was really convenient. I genuinely enjoyed my time here.
