Both the standard queen room and the king room with a jacuzzi were clean, quiet and nicely furnished, and the beds were comfortable. I especially enjoyed the tub. Everyone I dealt with, from housekeeping to the front desk and management, was helpful and focused on good service. Sarah at the desk and manager Kristi deserve a special mention: they were both very helpful, and Kristi went out of her way to sort out a situation. I really appreciated her kindness. I had a great stay and would happily book here again.

The location worked well for me, with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping plazas nearby, and check-in was easy. My room was clean, though I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast choices or cleanliness. Kids ran through the hallways last night, so parents should keep an eye on them. There’s a laundry room, but it’s tiny, barely bigger than a broom closet. I also wish there were a gym. It was okay overall. I usually choose the Holiday Inn Express about six minutes away, but it was full, so I ended up here.

We chose this place for a Seattle concert because downtown hotels cost so much, and we had a car, so being farther out was fine. The room was plain but clean, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and good AC. For the low price, it met my expectations. The front desk agent welcomed us warmly and explained the basic rules and useful information. Breakfast was a very simple continental one, but Denny’s is right behind the hotel and other quick food is nearby. I was glad to have morning coffee. It was easy to hear people moving around in the room above us. That seems like a building issue, and the other guests were considerate, but light sleepers may want to request an upper floor. For an inexpensive quick stay, I’d recommend it.

The room was pretty basic, but it was clean and welcoming, and came with a fridge and microwave. The light rail is an easy walk away, which made getting to and from our Seattle show simple. If all you need is a place to sleep, with breakfast and parking included, this fits. Don’t be put off by how the outside looks.
