Lauren made a busy check-in feel personal, greeting several families who arrived together as though each group mattered most. She took time with every question and checked that guests felt heard. Even people who showed up without reservations were treated kindly, though the hotel was full. I've never seen that level of service, even at a 5-star hotel.

The King Suite at Hampton Inn & Suites Macclenny I-10 had so much space, it felt closer to a studio apartment than a hotel room. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to spread out in, with room to work or unwind. I'd absolutely book here again for a business trip with multiple nights, or anytime I wanted extra space.

Debra Johnson was a compassionate, kind manager and played a big part in helping a client who needed shelter. Her staff were wonderful too. Thank you, Debb and Piper!!! The property is beautiful and well cared for, and the service is A-1. 🌷

The room had plenty of space, but the furniture layout was odd. The couch faces the bed from far away, while the TV is mounted at a 90° angle to the left. The beds themselves were fine, but the setup made me question the interior design. I was also disappointed to learn there's no laundry room when I wanted to wash my clothes. The elevator ride was impressively smooth and quiet, and the purple street lights were pretty cool. I was wary after a bad stay at this chain in Louisiana, but this hotel changed my mind. It was a much better experience than my last one at Hampton Inn. 🤯✅❌😔🥳

Breakfast was good, and the fitness room was better than average. We enjoyed the room and had a nice stay. It's a new, clean Hampton Inn, easy to reach from the highway and close to lots of places to eat.
