Residence Inn North Conway

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean and well stocked despite a slightly odd layout, and breakfast offered a good variety and was nicely arranged. We visited during a partial renovation, though, which led to elevator delays and daytime noise starting before 8, even on Saturday morning. That’s why I can’t give it five stars. We’ll return next time we’re in the area.

The pool and hot tub were clean, open, and a great way to unwind after a day out, even with construction underway during my visit. Management handled the work seamlessly, and it didn’t interfere with the stay. Breakfast was another highlight, with bacon, eggs, bagels, oatmeal, coffee, and fresh waffles in Marriott’s familiar, reliable spread. The rooms were modern, impressively clean, and well maintained, with a fresh and comfortable feel that made it easy to settle in. The Residence Inn in North Conway was exactly the quality I’ve come to expect from Marriott. It’s right on the main road through town, so it was easy to find and makes a convenient base for exploring without navigation headaches. I highly recommend it if you want somewhere dependable, modern, and comfortable. I’ll certainly be back!

I just wanted a quiet getaway to relax and do nothing, but I keep finding more to clean. The room smelled, and every flat surface was dirty, almost like someone had thrown a party and done a quick cleanup. I’ve been here just over a day, and I’ve basically cleaned the whole room and febreezed everything. I should’ve asked to move, but I’d already settled in. I’d stayed here before and loved the rooms, location, and everything about it, and still do, but this time the room was a problem. I told the front desk, and they offered another room, which I declined. They took my information, but I haven’t heard anything back. I’m still here, and no one has reached out.

We had a large family suite on the first floor with a kitchen, which made the stay comfortable and convenient. The room was great, breakfast was really good with plenty of choices, and the pool and jacuzzi added a lot to the visit. The staff were wonderful, friendly, patient, and attentive from the moment we arrived, and helped with everything they could. It was an excellent stay, and we’d definitely come back.
