We had a third-floor room with a great view of the harbor and ferries loading and unloading. It had a full kitchen and even laundry, and the air conditioning worked really well. They also gave us free breakfast at the hotel up the road that owns this place, worth about $75 for us. We had no issues and would absolutely stay again. The place is right in the middle of it all. There's not much information about it online, so I wanted to share this for anyone unsure about booking.
