The location is good, close to food, and the kitchen appliances all worked perfectly. Maintenance was great and responded right away. Staff were great too, and the rooms were clean, like a five-star hotel. I saw other reviews with a lot of lies. NO ROACHES OR BUGS!! The room wasn't dirty at check-in, and they had scheduled cleaning every week. Great value, don't miss out.

The area is nice, but I checked out as soon as I walked into the room because it smelled like someone had just put out a cigar. At 5:30 a.m., there were strong stale cigarette and marijuana odors in front of the building from contract workers. Empty beer bottles and cigarette butts were all along the first- and second-floor hallways, despite several signs saying smoking isn't allowed on the premises. The smells and dust don't work with my asthma.

The staff were VERY kind and helpful, and I felt safe. I arrived very late, though, and nobody was around, despite what other reviews said. The location was okay, but traffic from I-75 was VERY loud. The building and my room smelled to me like people had smoked there before. The room was clean but sparsely decorated, with overhead lighting and no lamps. They seem to be updating and repairing things: the new wood-like flooring was nice, but the kitchenette was missing cabinet doors. It was very clean, though. The mattress was comfortable and well maintained, and I checked for bed bugs before turning on the lights. There were no signs of them, which was a relief. The TV worked fine and had several channels. The heating and cooling unit needs attention, since it was very loud when it came on and seemed to struggle to start. If you want a clean, safe, inexpensive place and don't mind traffic noise or aren't too sensitive to smells, it's not a bad option. It's easy to reach and seems to be in a safe area, with a comfortable bed and especially kind, friendly, helpful staff!!

The laundry room was always working well, and whenever we needed something for our room, the staff were sweet and worked with us. Teelia at the front desk made us feel welcome from our first day, and manager Latasha sorted out any problems easily. Great staff and a great place to sleep. I'd HIGHLY recommend it. Ask for Latasha and Teelia.
