Kate was great, and we loved staying at Madiera Bay. The resort was lovely and easy to reach. Hope to see you again in 2027! 🌞

The room is okay, but I'd like stronger shower pressure. The water didn't reach my whole body, unlike showers I've had at other three-star hotels in different places. I'd also feel more comfortable with extra privacy at the ocean-view spot, since it's right beside the neighboring room. For safety and theft concerns, I suggest looking into a wall or another security measure to block access from the adjacent area.

After the hurricanes, we needed to find a new place for our family reunion. Kate helped us from the first step all the way through scheduling 2026, and she was amazing about meeting our needs. The property had everything we needed, and most things were within walking distance.

The pool and its atmosphere were pleasant, but the rooms are small. We had a two-bedroom for four adults, with two full-size beds and a little loveseat. Around the toilet was gross, and the utensils and potholders were dirty. Only one elevator was working, so most of the time we took the stairs up to the sixth floor. The area is still recovering from hurricanes, so there was roof damage and other things I can understand.

The staff were nice and easy to deal with, and Unit 406 is a nice three-bedroom condo. The washer and dryer worked okay, but the $40 mattresses were miserable and long past their useful life. I ended up sleeping on pillows and blankets. There wasn't a hot shower once during my three days, and the attractions book in the living room was from 2007. Apparently the units are privately owned. If this is yours, shame on you. Other guests talked about comfortable beds, sofas, and well-equipped rooms. Jealous and pissed off. Worst stay I've ever had.
