We stayed in Tower 1 unit 604. The owners go above and beyond, and the place was clean with amazing gulf front views. Bars, restaurants, and shops are all walkable. The white powdery sand is amazing too, and there’s a large heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, and tiki hut open to all guests.
The location is the only five-star thing about this building. The office staff are rude and act bothered that you’re there. On weekends, anyone can park in the garage and use the pool, hot tub, BBQs, and loungers. That open-door policy is ridiculous. Why make us get a parking pass and key fobs if neither is needed on weekends? The gates are left ajar, so anyone can come and go from the beach. Every weekend, groups of 15+ screaming people take over the grounds and pool, along with tons of ignorant kids and huge beach toys. They leave food and sand everywhere, especially INSIDE the pool and hot tub. The view is NOT worth paying to stay here. I won’t bring my family back. I choose my sanity!
I own the condo in this building. Beautiful beach, great vibe, and right on the front line. A luxury experience.
Restaurants, shops, and other things to do were easy to get to from here. I rented room 1203 for a week and really enjoyed the views.
The beach and water views are beautiful. Ocean Sands sits right on the Gulf.
