Super 8 Motel - Madera

Peter and the whole Knights Inn staff gave me the kindness and compassion I desperately needed when I felt lost and alone. I had been forced out of my housing and, with nowhere else to go, booked a few nights just hoping for somewhere safe to rest. They treated me as a person deserving respect and care, with patience, generosity, and real warmth. The room gave me a few nights of precious peace and safety I'll never forget. I arrived feeling alone, but the team showed me I wasn't. I'll always be grateful for the dignity and humanity they showed me. Thank you, Knights Inn Madera. Your team's kindness made all the difference.

If my room at the Knights in had been a smoking room, it would've been perfect, just like Secret Window with Johnny Depp. I write in my journal. It was an exceptional stay.

Great service, including room service. The room smelled nice and was very clean, with fresh sheets and towels.

The one good part was the nice woman at the front desk. My husband and I brought our newborn because the price wasn't bad, but the room cleanliness really disappointed me. There was dust everywhere, bleach stains on the blanket, and gum stuck to the headboard. Breakfast was cold and bare minimum. All in all, a bad experience, and I won't return.
