There were large spider webs in the ceiling corners, so the room could have used more dusting. Still, it was a great stay, and I’d come back. The room type I’d reserved wasn’t available at check-in, but Rondell found an alternative that I was happy with. He made sure my dog and I were comfortable. The staff were professional and efficient.

The staff were the highlight. They were awesome to talk with, and they made a point of chatting with my seven-year-old, who was thrilled since this was his first hotel stay. We were in town for a wedding, and it was only 7-10 minutes from the venue. There are several breakfast options nearby, though there’s no continental breakfast here. The place is a bit dated, and it wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, but it wasn’t awful or unacceptable either. We saw no bugs, and the customer service was top notch. I’d stay here again if we were in the area.

For an inexpensive place, it was nice. The room had a fridge and microwave, the shower was hot, and the heater worked well. The TV had good channels, just no movie channels. There was no breakfast, but the lobby had a nice selection of coffee, and the free Wi-Fi was strong.

We’ve stayed here twice, and both visits were clean and left us very satisfied. Rondell was amazing with his customer service and made things easier and more comfortable each time. We live in Lynchburg now, but it’s nice to get away once in a while, so we’ll keep choosing this location.

The room was quiet, very clean, and everything in it worked properly. The location is great, and the front desk staff were helpful and knew their stuff. The price was affordable, so I’ll stay here again when I’m in the area.
