Good value for the price, and the kids and dog were happy. The hotel is pet friendly, and we all got good rest. Our room and bathroom were clean, the pool was clean too, and it runs from 6:30am-11pm. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast is free, nothing fancy, but it did the job. The AC and heat controls in the room worked well.

The lot had been plowed after 3 to 5 inches fell overnight, and there was plenty of parking. It's close to the interstate, and the pool was alright, open until 11 pm CST, with no lifeguards. I got in just before midnight after a Samantha Fish concert in DT Madison. The night clerk was friendly and had my reservation, and the room and bathroom were spotless and very spacious. We appreciated having a non-smoking room with no cigarette odor. The TV had lots of channels, including ad-free Music choice channels. The heating unit worked well and had a "white noise" sound. I do wish they'd left some 🥞 breakfast in the dining room after 10 am, as many hotels do. I'll return if I'm in the Madison area and need a Wyndham motel. It was easy to get back on the highway from here, and there were good food options nearby. Breakfast was the usual spread, eggs, hash browns, sausage, and a waffle maker. The rooms were clean and didn't have the smoke or weed smell I've found at so many other places. A great stop on a long drive. I'll definitely visit again.

For the price, the rest of the hotel was really excellent. My main frustration was breakfast: I wish there were more choices or dietary alternatives. I'm lactose intolerant, and one morning the hot foods I could safely eat had run out. Also, traffic noise kept up pretty steadily until well after 1-2am.

The Wi-Fi was actually fast enough to be useful, and breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly, and rooms were clean. You can use rewards for free nights, too. All together, not a bad hotel at all.
