We’re staying at Ferry Street Suites for a few months while visiting from Florida, and last night we got to watch a hot air balloon show with at least eight big, colorful balloons. The Ohio River view from the back patio is spectacular. Madison is charming and historic, with lots of fun festivals and events, and the people have been very friendly. My wife and I are glad we picked this place.

The Ohio River views are a real plus, and downtown Madison is about half a mile away with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Chad and his team have made the apartments feel comfortable, almost like home, whether you’re here for work or a longer stay. If you’re looking around Madison, IN, and don’t want to spend a ton on a small hotel room, Ferry Street Suites is a great option.

I’d stayed here years ago under the previous owners, then came back recently, and the new owners have really turned the place around. They were attentive and accommodating, even working around my daytime sleep as a night shifter and cleaning while I was at work. The place looks great, it’s close to the river and town, and the people were great to work with. I’ll stay again when I’m in Madison.
