Breakfast was a mess, so I’d definitely skip it. There was no juice, which staff said was because the machine was broken, and they ran out of eggs, sausage, and coffee creamer. One staff member didn’t know what to say. Dirty dishes overflowed from a cart by the coffee station. We’d also asked the night before for dishwasher detergent for our room and still hadn’t received any. Check-in wasn’t quick either. The line was long with only one person working, our room wasn’t ready, and then we were given a room we hadn’t booked.

Good spot with plenty of nearby food and shopping. It’s a nice, newer hotel for longer stays, and breakfast is decent.

I was here for 17 nights on a work trip. The hotel is clearly new and up to date, but the stay wasn’t a positive one. I asked for the room to be tidied and for towels on day 3, and that didn’t happen until day 5. After that, another cleaning took eight days, despite being told it would be handled daily. I ended up using pool towels to shower. For the first 10 days there were no lids for takeaway coffee cups. I replied to the text asking how my stay was and asked what time would be best to call, but never heard anything further.

I liked having a kitchenette, plates, and cutlery while traveling with a friend and kids, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room and public areas were clean, and the bright lobby had lots of seating. It was my first stay at a Home2 Suites. The hotel is new, though it seems they’re still figuring out staffing. Friday after 4pm, our room still wasn’t ready. Housekeeping was working past 5pm, and the lobby was full of people waiting. The hotel was sold out for the weekend and seemed understaffed. On Saturday morning just one person handled breakfast, and by 7:15, only 15 minutes after it started, all the hot food and coffee were gone. Some may have been replenished later, but we had to leave. Sunday breakfast had more food and better staffing.
