I stayed at the Red Roof PLUS+ in Madison, AL for one night while passing through, and it was a comfortable stay for the price. The room was clean and the bed felt good, and the property seemed well kept. I was glad pets are welcome without an extra charge, since I had my dog with me. Check-in was quick, the front desk staff were friendly, parking was easy, and I felt safe walking around at night. It's right off the highway, with restaurants, stores, and the airport a short drive away. I could hear some hallway noise early in the morning through the thin walls, and the decent Wi-Fi could be faster. Still, I'd stay here again if I'm passing through Madison.

The room was great, but breakfast was a letdown. You had to eat in the office area, and not everyone in our room could get down there, so some people missed out. By the time we finished showering, the food was gone and the lobby was locked. It was only open briefly for breakfast, so we couldn't really use the rest of the facility. We also had TV trouble, and staff weren't much help fixing it. Between that and the limited customer service, I may not stay at this location again.

It's clean, nice, and quiet here, and the staff are just super friendly and kind. Nobody made us feel watched or harassed, and there weren't any rules we couldn't follow. No notes.

Beautiful place and a good hotel for the family. Rooms could fit five guests, and pets are allowed. It is pretty pricey, but still good!

It's always pleasant to stay here. The rooms are nice, breakfast is good, and the staff are very friendly. The location works well too.
