It's obvious the staff sincerely cares. The women at the front desk go out of their way to make you comfortable if something's wrong, and someone is always in the office. The lot is monitored all night. The rooms are neat, clean, and nicely decorated, though some guests don't treat them respectfully and damages happen. For the price, they're decent rooms, and this is one of the better motels I've stayed at. The staff is friendly and welcoming, makes you feel like you matter, and works hard to make the stay good. Prices are competitive, and the location is great: near food and gas, away from the highway and main road so there's minimal noise. It's easy to get in and out, conveniently close to HWY 45 for travelers, and there's a huge Buccees nearby.

It was very good for the money, and I'd recommend it to friends. The room was clean and the staff helpful, with a well-lit parking lot. It wasn't perfect: a hole in the wall had been patched but not painted, and a light above the sink was out. I forgot to mention the light when I left, so they may not know about it. Still, no complaints.

We checked the room carefully because nearby hotels had bed bugs and roaches, but we didn't find any bugs. The room was clean, the staff was very nice, and it was much better than the surrounding hotels. The bed was clean but a little hard and uncomfortable, and there was a crack in the shower. Still, everything else was great.

Breakfast ends before 9 am, while other hotels usually serve it until 10. The rooms are outdated and not very clean. There was a lot of hair in the tub, and the toilet seat needs replacing. Just look at the picture.

We came here to rest and slept well. The bathroom toilet had low pressure. We were accidentally given a USD room when we arrived, but when we went to the office, they gave us another one. People make mistakes sometimes, and she was nice about it. Breakfast was free, and we loved it.
