We were here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, and the staff made the stay wonderful. Carolyn deserves a special thank you for looking after breakfast each morning. She was kind, worked hard, greeted everyone, and kept checking on people while making sure everything stayed clean and stocked. The whole team was lovely and always smiling.

The hotel was clean and ready for us, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The GM checked us in and was especially nice. I had a great conversation with Philip, and another with Carolyn, who was serving breakfast and was just as friendly. I’d give the whole experience a 10+ out of 10, and I’d stay again when I’m passing through.

It was about a 15-minute drive to where we needed to go, with plenty of businesses around and things within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, tidy, stocked, and comfortable, and everything was super clean. We loved the refreshing pool, and the desk staff and other employees were helpful and kind. My birthday fell on our last morning, and it was a nice start to the day. Really pleased with the stay.

The staff were especially helpful throughout our December holiday visit to see family in this part of Kentucky. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we liked having the bed face the window because it left more open space. Breakfast was neatly set up with plenty to choose from, and we used the laundry too. At the time, washing and drying each cost $1. The Hampton Inn is easy to reach from I-69, also called Pennyrile Parkway, and US 40, with restaurants, a supermarket, and at least two drive-through coffee shops nearby. We had a great experience and would recommend it.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and the location worked perfectly. The front desk team was so kind and helpful. If we’re back in Madisonville, we’ll book here again.
