We had a four-day weekend here and were glad we picked this hotel. It’s in a safe area, close to everything, and our third-floor room had a great view of a little lake. The room itself was awesome, and Casey upgraded us because we’re also Bonvoy members of Marriott. Casey and Agha greeted us at the front desk and were professional and courteous. Kasey was friendly and helped us out too. The breakfast staff were sweet, and there was plenty of variety. Lilian told me about places to get spring water straight from the source. Agha even printed a map so Lilian could mark the exact locations. They took the time to show personal interest, which you don’t often see. There was also an older woman on staff whose name I can’t recall.

We spent three comfortable nights at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. The hotel and our room were very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were both personable and professional. The fitness center is well equipped, and we had fun at the indoor pool and jacuzzi. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Broadway, where you’ll find most of the shopping, restaurants, casino, the Springs parks, and race course. This was our first visit to Saratoga/Malta, and we’ve found the hotel we’ll come back to every time. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for a cozy stay, five stars all around.

From check-in, when a lovely young man greeted us so kindly, the staff made us feel welcome. Brendan was another wonderful staff member who really made our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the amenities and dining options were good value, and the food exceeded what I expected. Breakfast was perfect, nothing missing. I was pleasantly surprised. This was probably the cleanest, best hotel I’ve stayed at in years. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made the whole visit feel perfect, and I’d stay again as soon as I can get away for a few days.

The free breakfast is consistently good, and room service is good too. My only gripe is that there’s just one elevator. Hopefully both will be working by the time I’m back for vacation.

Everything else about the hotel was great, and I’d recommend it if traffic noise doesn’t keep you awake. My one issue is the single-pane windows. This Fairfield is only about 30 feet from I-87, so the nonstop semi-truck noise kept me up. For a Marriott branch, double-pane windows would be a worthwhile upgrade.
