We came for a soccer tournament and had confirmed 17 double-double rooms, but they could only give us kings with pullouts. For three days the elevator was out, and there was no air conditioning in the halls or common areas despite it being 90 degrees. They ran out of blankets and pillows, and for two days there were no lids for the coffee cups. Breakfast was mediocre, and no manager was available to discuss any of this during our stay. You get what you pay for, so be warned.
