Manassas Junction Bed and Breakfast

In May we stayed in the Nelson Cottage, which was very well appointed. The owner's wonderful dog came to visit while we sat outside, so we got our puppy fix too. The owners live in the big house and serve a delicious breakfast with lots of fresh food from their on-site garden. Manassas Junction is the place to stay when visiting Northern Virginia.

Mark and Ann were amazing hosts, and they handled my gluten-free diet and coconut allergy without any trouble. Their homemade breakfasts were delicious. I felt at home, comfortable and safe in this charming B & B. The bed was comfortable, and the claw foot tub was a bonus. I stayed in the Myers Room at Manassas Junction Bed & Breakfast. The location was ideal for my trip, in a walk-able, inviting area. I highly recommend it and hope to return one day.

The owners, Anne and Mark, were the best part of our wonderful weekend. They made fabulous breakfasts each day, with hot fresh muffins using berries from their garden, plus eggs and bacon or sausage. All the food was absolutely wonderful, and I asked Anne to share some recipes. They also gave great service and knew a lot about the area. The beds were comfortable and the showers had strong water pressure. We plan to go back.

The cottage was fantastic, warm, comfortable and inviting, and the hosts were so accommodating. Ann gave me a tour when I checked in, then asked what I'd like for breakfast the next morning. After raising a family and looking after everyone else for so many years, being pampered like that felt lovely.
