Jason was especially helpful and professional during my stay at WoodSpring Hotel. He got me clean sheets right away, and the other staff were friendly and accommodating as well. When I lost my key, they replaced it quickly and without hassle. My room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed. I had a great stay and would recommend this location. Thanks to the whole team.

Sandy knew the area well and gave me information about nearby restaurants and stores. She also noticed I’d left my towels at the front desk and brought them to my room without me asking. She made sure I had what I needed for my stay, and she’s excellent at her job.

We stayed there for five years, and I waited a couple of weeks to write this so it wouldn’t sound spiteful. We’d had few problems before the current staff arrived, but now there have been one issue after another, and plenty of other guests have complained too. Amanda and Natalia are wonderful and deserve raises. Jason and Sandy are another matter. Sandy treats guests horribly, as if they were dogs, and spits on them. She’s a desk clerk who acts like a manager, and with that attitude she shouldn’t be dealing with the public. Jason lies and doesn’t honor written agreements, and he’s evicting long-term guests like us for what I consider garbage reasons. Two of our cars were hit in the parking lot, and one was totaled. We and the police department have been trying for well over a year to get the camera footage. There’s always another excuse, and neither the hotel nor its corporate office has done anything. We’ve hired an attorney, so I can’t say much more. Since this crew took over, there have been ongoing problems beyond ours. The place is full of roaches and smells bad, and they let anyone in. I’ve watched and recorded what I believe were drug deals in the parking lot. Save your money. The prices aren’t worth the hassle.

For a work trip, I’ve been here about three months this time. It’s a nice extended stay hotel in a good location, with lower prices than most nearby places and good long-term rates for business travelers. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it’s clean and pleasant. The new management has made a dramatic difference since my last visit in 2022. Sandy and Natalya are very friendly and helpful whenever I need something or stop by each week to pay my bill.
