The bed was very comfortable, and the service and location were great. The rooms are private and reasonably priced. Our only problem was the hot water. Staff came over promptly to fix it, but afterward it still only lasted about 10-15 minutes, apparently because of the water heater's capacity. Otherwise, the room worked well for practical purposes, and I'd stay again.

I used the free stay they gave me and came back this year for one night. It was peaceful, but in the morning I turned on the bathroom light and saw roaches. The towels were stained and there weren't enough for everyone in the room. I don't think I'll stay there again. Last year I spent four days there for my grandmother's 100th birthday party, during the pandemic, with family who decided to make the trip. I believe we had a king suite, with a bedroom containing a king or queen bed, another king or queen bed in the open area, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen. The kitchen had almost no utensils, just a butter knife and spoon, along with a few old pans. We never got clean towels during those four days. I asked several times, but they were all being washed. On the last morning I got up early and waited outside the laundry room to get some. It seems like the place is used by a few people who live there or work nearby, and on weekends by people who want to party.

We planned to stay four days, but checked out first thing in the morning after just one night. We arrived late, and my boyfriend was with me. I had stayed here before, but it has changed so much that I think it should close. It was due to close on 10/31/21, and the skeleton crew didn't seem to have the resources to give guests a decent stay. There was no breakfast or food on site, and it shouldn't be advertised as a hotel. It's a shame what's happening to guests, staff, and the residents living there now. Our room was dirty, with no towels, a dirty bathroom and refrigerator, a stained little couch, and a kitchenette with one questionable-looking pot and plates that seemed not to have been cleaned in a long time. The property was old and falling apart. The room smelled strongly of fresh cigarette smoke despite being nonsmoking, and I thought I saw a man smoking as he came out of a room while I was trying to find ours. Two of the three door locks were broken. The TV had only one channel and wouldn't work with any input setting. I didn't plug in my Chromecast because the outlet behind the TV was stripped and hanging out of the wall. I didn't feel safe leaving our bags, since people lived on either side and the locks were in such bad shape.

The room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Once the front desk heard about it, they made a note, and the manager gave me a good discount on my next stay. The floor could have been cleaned better, but the room was the perfect size.

The pool was wonderful, and my children had a great time. After two nights, I got stranded, but Manager Sabina was accommodating and managed to move me to a bigger room. The rooms, staff, and customer service are fabulous. It feels like staying at The Ritz without the price tag!
