I travel a lot for work and stay in plenty of motels, so for me clean rooms and good service matter more than the outside. The exterior looked okay, and although the hotel is under construction, the room was good. The desk clerk was kind enough to keep the bar open until I got buzzed during happy hour, which runs from 5 pm to 7 pm. I enjoyed the beer, then had a comfortable night on a quiet, nice bed. It was worthwhile for the price. I had a great time and would recommend the hotel. I’ll be back.

The owners were a very nice couple, and I wish them well, but the price felt outrageous for what we got. It was a busy night in the area, yet there were only three cars in the lot. That should tell you something. The bathtub was strange, and my husband said the shower floor sloped downward. I felt seasick while showering and unwell for the rest of the evening. The place gave me creepy vibes, and I wouldn’t stay again even if the room were free. At those prices, I don’t think they’ll make it.

Downtown Manchester is right across the street, so the hotel is centrally located. The staff were very friendly, and I sat with the manager to chat over a cold one. They even gave us a few beers on the house. The rooms were nice, with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Renovations are underway, but the hotel is open and taking guests. It’s no longer a Days Inn, but a private hotel called Lx. I’d highly recommend a visit.

The rooms were very clean and neat, and the remodeled rooms at the back of the motel turned out really great. I especially liked the complimentary beer and drinks in the lobby. I was surprised there wasn’t a vending machine since they offer those drinks for free. The motel is still under construction. This was our first Day's inn and a different kind of experience. We highly recommend the place.

It’s $75 a night plus tax, around $90 for one person for one night, and I don’t think it’s worth staying here. The place isn’t five-star, the rooms haven’t been renovated, and even if they had been, there’s no pool anymore. The outside hasn’t been renovated either. If you want somewhere cheaper, try Scottish Inn. It costs less for one person and still has a decent room.
