There's only one elevator, which could be a serious problem for wheelchair users or anyone who can't take the stairs. If it stops working, guests can't get to their rooms or handle their luggage, and there should be a backup plan. I also found the tea tasted like coffee, apparently because the kettle hadn't been cleaned thoroughly between guests. Kettles for hot water should be used for water only. A lot of the accessibility details were clearly thought through. The bathroom has useful grab bars, pocket doors that leave maneuvering space, a built-in bench, two shower heads, and a toilet flush on the open side. The bed height worked well, there was room to move my chair, the closet bar and extra bedding were reachable, and the electric shade buttons and room doors were manageable from my wheelchair. There's also a button-activated accessible entrance beside the revolving door. A few things need work: the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers are too far from the shower bench, and a low, lit makeup mirror and more bathroom hooks would help. The second half bath isn't wheelchair accessible. Overall, the accessibility is well above average, and a few improvements, especially the elevator situation and shower product placement, could make this a standout for travelers with mobility challenges.

We were displaced after a pipe burst in the attic of our apartment building and flooded it, so we stayed here a few nights that week. The front desk was very nice and accommodating, and the rooms were large and clean. On our last night, a large group of young men was loud in the hall from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. We let the front desk know, and Carlos handled it. The busy road makes the rooms somewhat noisy. The hallways are very bright, and a big gap under the closed room door let in a lot of light. The doors also slam when they close behind you, though I guess that's common in hotels.

The staff were helpful, patient, and friendly, but the pet policy and the way pet fees are handled need to be clearer. My husband briefly carried our very small dog through the lobby when he dropped me off. Neither of them stayed overnight, and the dog never went into the room. At checkout, an attendant who hadn't checked me in asked whether I had a pet staying with me. I said no and thought he was just making a note on my reservation. Later I saw an extra charge on my card and called the hotel. That same man sorted it out fairly quickly over the phone. It turned out another attendant, Edwin, had seen my husband walking through the lobby and charged me a pet fee without asking whether the dog would be staying. This could have been avoided by asking me first. The website doesn't explain clearly what triggers the charge. Does a dog just passing through the lobby mean there's a fee, or is it only charged if the pet stays overnight in the room?

Anna welcomed us at the front desk and got us into our room quickly. Afterward, she sent a personal text to see how we were doing. The recently upgraded room was clean and comfortable, and even the sheets felt nice, which isn't always true at a select service hotel. Breakfast was well organized with plenty of choices. Thanks for a nice stay.

I had a spacious one-bedroom suite and really liked the room. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was simple but good. Free parking was a plus, and the hotel is right off the highway.
