The manager and staff went above and beyond for us. The lobby also has thoughtful seasonal touches, with infused water drinks and candies. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the breakfast spread is HUGE. We can’t recommend this place enough!

During a business trip, I checked out and later got a voicemail while in a meeting saying I’d left something behind. I called the front desk and learned my Bose headphones were still plugged in in the room. I went back later that day and picked them up. Thank you for being such an honest, caring place. That level of service left a huge positive impression on me. There’s so much evil in the world, and gestures like this make me appreciate good, honest people.

The hotel was spotless, and breakfast was hit or miss, with scrambled eggs usually the main item. We asked for a room refresh and they provided it. With two people showering daily, the towels supplied weren’t enough. We’d chosen this hotel partly because the website said “daily housekeeping,” unlike the every-other-day service at most Residence Inns, but the front desk said housekeeping was only every other day. The website clearly hasn’t been updated and gives misleading information. There is security, but homeless people are camping right nearby, so walking after dark may not be wise, even though the streets are clean. Restaurants are in the neighborhood or a short drive away.

Restaurants and a Market Basket grocery store are an easy walk away, and the location is excellent. Staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, especially Natalie, whose warm, positive vibe set a great tone. Breakfast is complimentary with plenty of tasty choices. The gym is open 24/7, and the self-service laundry was a big plus. The indoor pool is small, but just right for a quick dip and relaxing. I honestly have no complaints; I only wish the room were my permanent home! 😅 Highly recommend for comfort, convenience, and great service.
