For an affordable stay around Manistique, Econo Lodge was convenient and dependable. Housekeeping was regular, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had plenty of options, though most were basic rather than substantial. A comfortable place to spend the night.

The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the rooms looked stunning and were very clean. Staff were friendly and informative, and the price was extremely affordable. I'd highly recommend it.

We stopped here overnight on the way home from Minnesota. The room and breakfast area were super clean, and it was quiet with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare, but hot and fresh.

The breakfast was disappointing compared with the other places we stayed, with barely any hot food or cereal and only 3 bananas. The room felt really outdated and gross, especially the bathroom. Worst of all, we barely slept. The mattresses sag badly in the middle, and if someone else is in the bed it bounces like a trampoline. A tent would've been better. For what they charge, this should cost 1/3 as much. We won't be back.

The beach across the street on Lake Michigan made it easy to take a late-night walk, and we'd definitely stay again. Our pet room was very clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was awesome, with lots to choose from, including waffles, eggs, and sausage.
