We stayed 3 nights and will definitely come back for the updated old-school motor inn charm. It's the cutest place, with marble bathroom countertops, modern furniture, and built-in USB ports for phones and laptops. Parking right outside your door was easy and felt safe. The owner greeted us and shared interesting stories about the motel's and area's past. Our bed was so comfortable, with 5 immaculate pillows and a comforter. They had good coffee, fruit, and breakfast bars every morning. Thanks.

The location was great, close to town but away from the crowds, and everyone was friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless, even by my picky standards. Best of all, it had the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. We'll stay here whenever we're in the area.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and had great suggestions for local attractions and places to eat, which made the visit more enjoyable. The motel was easy to find, and my room was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. It was good value for the price. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, pleasant place.

Super clean and recently updated, with a cozy up north feel. You can tell Ronn loves running this little gem and wants guests to have a great stay. The Holiday Motel will be our go-to when we travel through the UP.

Ron, the owner, was friendly and very helpful, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. My first stay at the Holiday Motel was fantastic. The room was clean and updated, and the bed was really comfortable. I'd recommend it and would stay again.
