I was only there because my family stayed at this hotel, so I didn’t get to see everything. From what I know and saw, it was clean, quite nice, and seemed more upscale, including the rooms and hallways. The location is great, right by the mall and close to Kwik Trip and the highway, with stores and restaurants not far away. The food seemed pricey, but there are plenty of places nearby, so you don’t have to eat there. I’d look for a buffet, just my preference. I don’t know the price, though I’m sure it’s up there for such a convenient location. I’m also not sure whether there’s a pool. It looked like there might be a spot for one, but I really can’t say. Enjoy your stay if you choose this place. God bless you and your trip!

There’s a restaurant and the coffee is great. The staff were wonderful and helpful, and they put out a spread and a sign for the graduates, which meant a lot to us. The hotel is right beside the mall, with lots of parking and easy access around the area.

There was way too much chlorine in the pool. A family member threw up badly and had throat irritation, and you could smell it while showering. The room’s bathroom sink water didn’t seem like the best drinking water either, and you could taste it, though people do use it. They also followed us around because we had a service dog, and even followed children. That’s not okay. What was the issue, that we weren’t fancy? Just say so. Don’t bring your animals or kids here!

Our guests loved the food, and the venue worked really well for both the ceremony and reception. We had a great experience having our wedding here. The planning staff were organized and helpful, and the team who helped set up and keep the day running smoothly were absolutely amazing.

There was too much chlorine in the pool, plus weird noises and strange people outside staring at me and my sister. In the shallow end, it felt like there was too much water, and I almost drowned.
